About the role

Role focused on strengthening regional operations and administrative infrastructure in the Netherlands, bridging People Operations, Finance, Legal, IT, and Security to ensure timely, compliant, and scalable operational execution for EMEA and Dutch/Holland entities.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate employment, IT, legal, and administrative workflows across EMEA operations, U.S. shared services, and European providers on a regular monthly cadence.

Qualifications

  • 3–5+ years of experience in business operations, People Operations, HR operations, or cross-functional subsidiary administration.
  • Based in the Netherlands, with demonstrated experience supporting Dutch employment administration, payroll coordination, and local HR/benefits provider relationships.
  • A track record of coordinating external payroll processors, HR platforms, accounting firms, legal counsel, and corporate service providers.
  • Experience managing employment across multiple countries, legal entities, and contractor models, including employer-of-record arrangements.
  • Demonstrated discipline in maintaining organized systems for confidential employment records, legal documents, and company data.
  • Fluent written and spoken English for stakeholder coordination and documentation.
