About the role

Growth Strategy Analyst on the Future Platforms team responsible for taking EliseAI’s next-generation housing platforms to market, building the business case, structuring deals, and maintaining momentum across the sales pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Are a recent graduate from a top program, or have 1–2 years in consulting, strategy & operations, or a high-growth startup
  • Are relentlessly organized and follow through on everything you touch
  • Think analytically and can turn messy inputs into a clear recommendation
  • Pick up new tools and processes quickly
  • Communicate clearly and build trust fast across Sales, Product, and Operations
  • Want true ownership and a high degree of exposure into scaling new business lines
  • Willingness to work in person at our office 4–5 days a week

Qualifications
