About the role

Senior GTM Manager at Stepful focused on owning key special projects to scale program portfolio, become a subject-matter expert, and drive profitable growth in active students. Works cross-functionally with Learning, Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Operations; reports to SVP, Growth.

Responsibilities

  • Program Performance & Execution Support: Drive execution against profitability, margin, and unit economics; build and maintain program-level scorecards with financial and qualitative metrics; execute against a program roadmap; surface insights, risks, and opportunities; identify gaps and drive improvements; contribute to business cases for initiatives or optimizations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination & Alignment: Facilitate coordination across Sales, CS, Learning, and Ops; support integrated planning; identify and escalate risks or misalignment; drive accountability for shared goals.
  • Stakeholder Management & Communication: Coordinate with instructors, SMEs, and stakeholders for key initiatives and B2B opportunities; prepare performance updates and insights for senior leadership; engage external stakeholders (accreditors, regulators, trade associations); contribute insights to resource allocation and prioritization

Qualifications

  • 7+ years of experience, including in an operational role at a high-growth startup
  • Passion for helping students access education and change their lives
  • Thrives in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
  • Highly analytical with a structured problem-solving approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to present clearly
  • Expert collaborator capable of leading through influence and coordinating diverse stakeholders
  • Willingness to do whatever it takes to achieve execution excellence
  • Quick learner through experimentation
