About the role

Notion is hiring a Product Manager to shape Notion’s next chapter by turning customer problems into strategic roadmaps and building with design, engineering, data science, research, and GTM partners. The role focuses on creating simple, trustworthy, and delightful AI-enabled experiences that scale to millions of customers.

Responsibilities

  • Uncover customer problems and product opportunities, defining strategy and roadmaps.
  • Take ambitious ideas from first principles to launch with design and engineering collaboration.
  • Make prioritization calls balancing customer impact, business opportunity, technical complexity, speed, and product quality.
  • Shape how AI changes the product and development process to improve research, decisions, experimentation, and execution.
  • Raise the bar for product thinking by establishing clear principles and success measures.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated ability to identify meaningful customer problems and turn them into intuitive, craft-built products.
  • Strong product judgment to trade off user experience, business impact, technical complexity, quality, and speed.
  • Track record of moving ambiguous, cross-functional work from problem definition to shipped outcomes with clear ownership.
  • Customer depth: ability to learn from users across segments and translate needs into a coherent strategy.
  • Practical AI fluency: use AI to sharpen research, product thinking, decisions, and execution.
