About the role

Role focused on building relationships, understanding customer challenges, and explaining how Pump.co’s AI-powered cloud cost optimization solutions can save customers time and money. Part of a fast-growing team with collaboration across tech, design, and leadership.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with tech, design, and leadership teams to create solutions that match customer needs.
  • Chat with potential customers, understand their business challenges, and explain Pump’s value.
  • Outbound through channels including email, cold call, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Demonstrate the value of Pump’s tech to both tech experts and newcomers.
  • Understand the product roadmap and align solutions with client needs.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key customers and act as a bridge between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.

Qualifications

  • Educational and early career success.
  • Clear communication skills: speak and write clearly.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with evolving technology.
  • Ability to work with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, etc.).
  • Athlete mentality, drive to grow professionally in a startup environment.
