About the role

FireMon’s Solutions Architect role within the Customer Experience team focuses on assessing business opportunities and developing strategies to address technical challenges, working with security architects, infrastructure specialists, and engineering teams across customer environments to enable successful implementations.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to process improvement and implementation methodology to expedite customer value
  • Provide thought leadership related to API integration for automation and workflow delivery
  • Be an expert in the implementation of proposed solutions and account for the decisions you propose
  • Conduct business process analyses, needs assessments, and preliminary cost/benefits analyses to align technology solutions with business initiatives
  • Partner with users to define and analyze problems and align technical, application or configuration solutions
  • Help develop, document, and manage requirements gathering and provide detailed design and business processes through project life cycle up to change control
  • Review system test plans and applications to ensure successful test cycles
  • Partner with end-users to create scenarios to test implemented solutions against requirements
  • Serve as a functional and technical resource for the project team and establish LOE and duration estimates
  • Build architecture best practices

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Math, or equivalent practical experience
  • Five+ years of business analysis and consulting experience related to enterprise software implementation and change management
  • Five+ years of experience designing and implementing client-facing solutions
  • Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
