About the role

Face-to-Face Sales role in Osnabrück focusing on direct customer engagement at point of sale to promote renewable energy products and tariffs, with a hands-on, team-driven, on-site setting and uncapped commission potential.

Responsibilities

  • Face-to-Face Sales with real value: engage customers at Point of Sale, identify needs, answer questions, and help customers choose suitable tariffs.
  • Work in a team on-site in busy shopping centers with direct customer contact.
  • Provide quality advice rather than hard-sell, promoting a sustainable product.

Qualifications

  • Very good German language skills (C1 level) for on-site Beratung.
  • Open communication style, resilience to rejection, and ability to maintain positive conversation atmosphere.
  • Motivation and enthusiasm; energy, motivation, and heartbeat for the work are valued over traditional background (NGO/fundraising, F2F agency, promotion, or career changers welcome).
  • Willingness to work in the Osnabrück region and travel to different locations as part of daily shifts.
