About the role

Sunrise Chick Sales is a division of Sunrise Farms, one of the largest chicken processors in Canada. The position is a full-time Class 5 driver role with 5 Ton experience, based in Abbotsford, BC, with 4x10 hour shifts.

Responsibilities

  • Be able to perform heavy manual work including frequent hand trucking over long distances. This job is 75% labour and 25% driving.
  • Be fluent in English – spoken and written. Legible handwriting a must
  • Have Class 5 Driver’s License minimum 1 year experience/qualification driving 5 Ton with no more than 4 penalty points in the current year, including no 24 suspensions in the prior 5 years
  • Have current and original drivers abstract + accident history report
  • Have successful completion of road tests
  • Have knowledge of Lower Mainland and Fraser Valley

Qualifications
