Responsibilities

  • Break down larger projects into tasks and deliver in multiple phases with timely delivery.

  • Create and monitor metrics; support on-call efforts and keep team artifacts available and reliable.
  • Participate in interview processes and contribute to team growth and development.

Qualifications

  • Total of 1.5+ years of software engineering experience.
  • Experience shipping web apps using declarative UI frameworks like React or Vue.
  • Experience shipping mobile apps using native or cross-platform languages like React Native.
  • Experience designing, developing, and launching APIs at scale using Kotlin or Python.
  • Ability to take a simple problem to a multi-component solution with well-tested, extensible code.
  • Comfort navigating a large codebase, debugging others' code, and providing code review feedback.
  • Ownership mindset towards growth, seeking feedback from team, manager, and stakeholders.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills supporting collaboration with a global engineering team.
  • Equivalent practical experience or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
