About the role

Inbound & Outbound Sales Development Representative to drive new customers and revenue for Deepgram. You will create sales opportunities by engaging CTOs, VPs of Product, and CEOs, collaborating with Partnerships, Account Executives, and cross-functional teams to build a strong pipeline and exceed quarterly targets in a remote India role.

Responsibilities

  • Work with Partnerships team, Account Executives, and SDRs to build a strong sales pipeline of new logos, striving to exceed quarterly sales targets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams (especially Sales Ops and Sales Engineers) to ensure sales effectiveness
  • Have a depth of understanding regarding customer needs in the ASR space, competition, and Deepgram products to be able to fully articulate our value proposition
  • Research companies to find new speech recognition use cases and opportunities in the market

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience in SaaS
  • Prior sales experience selling a technical product
  • Dynamic written and verbal communication skills
  • Empathy and a unique ability to understand customer needs
  • Exceptional at prioritizing complex outreach schedules and managing high-frequency touchpoints
