About the role

Senior product leader responsible for building and growing Modern Treasury’s product organization, driving strategy, GTM collaboration, and delivering high-quality products for customers in a high-growth fintech environment.

Responsibilities

  • Build product: run a product organization that selects impactful areas of focus and collaborates with engineering to ship high quality products
  • Sell: engage with companies directly to sell products and teach others (team or GTM partners) to do the same
  • Grow your team: develop the current team of product managers and recruit new teammates

Qualifications

  • 10+ years in product, including 5+ years leading product teams
  • Operated in a high-growth startup environment
  • Fintech experience in the infrastructure or application layer, with payments experience as a strong plus
  • Strong communicator and storyteller who can represent the business clearly with boards, investors, and external stakeholders
  • History of operating as a player-coach (lead by example and learn by doing)
  • Prior experience with developer/API products is a plus
