About the role

Senior Product Designer responsible for end-to-end user experience within a core product squad, contributing to design system, and collaborating with product managers and engineers. AI fluency and ability to design for AI-driven features are baseline expectations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the Work End to End: produce and hand off complete design artifacts to engineering, aligning with design system
  • Simplify Complexity: address hard problems in data-heavy workflows with craft
  • Design for AI-Driven Features: shape UX for AI-powered capabilities across the product suite
  • Generate and Apply Insights: conduct research, analyze product analytics, and measure impact
  • Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders
  • Strengthen the Design System: continuously improve design system and promote consistency across products

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of professional experience as a Product Designer with shipped work across full development lifecycle
  • Experience designing for a complex B2B or Enterprise SaaS product, data-heavy domain
  • Fluency with modern design and prototyping tools; Figma proficiency with component libraries, auto-layout, and developer-ready handoff; comfort with AI-powered tools (LLMs, Cursor, Claude Code)
  • Experience designing for AI/ML-driven features with emphasis on trust, explainability, and error states
  • Ability to operate autonomously and deliver high-quality work without significant direction
  • Strong communication skills (written, verbal, visual) to articulate design decisions to engineers, PMs, and executives
  • A portfolio showing deep UX thinking, clear user journeys, and high visual polish
