About the role

The mission of the Post Sales Solutions Engineer is to be the technical partner our customers trust from signature to renewal, onboarding accounts, resolving issues, and spotting renewal risk and expansion opportunities to drive retention and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure customers are upgraded to the most recent version of LucidLink's products
  • New, assigned customers are taken through an onboarding call within 30 days of signing and verified in internal monitoring tools
  • Own and maintain renewal and expansion tracking for assigned accounts
  • Reduce/minimize avoidable escalations of technical support tickets

Qualifications

  • APIs, SDKs and integrations - Guides technical customers to the integration approach that fits their environment.
  • Distributed storage and cloud architecture - Understands metadata vs. data separation, caching, and encryption trade-offs.
  • Identity and access fluency - Leads conversations on SSO, 2FA, and role-based permissions in practice.
  • Methodical troubleshooting - Diagnoses complex or sensitive technical issues under pressure and escalates appropriately.
  • Clear technical teaching - Explains technical material to engineers and executives, adapting pacing live during training.
  • Relationship ownership - Acts as the trusted technical point of contact on strategic accounts.
  • Commercial awareness - Identifies renewal risk and expansion potential and manages own renewals.
  • Migration and continuity planning - Scopes migration and business-continuity plans sized to customer infrastructure and risk tolerance.
