About the role
Senior Analyst, Investor Relations to provide research, financial analysis, preparation, and operational backbone for the Investor Relations team, closely working with senior leadership to establish a strong investor relations program as Lambda grows.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain investor materials (presentations, overviews, fact sheets, data room materials, metrics) for investor conversations and capital raises
- Prepare quarterly earnings materials (decks, executive briefing documents, Q&A, earnings call materials)
- Assist in collection and review of information used in earnings releases and investor communications
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, capital markets activity, and broader market developments; summarize insights for IR team and executives
- Support peer company, market, and competitive analysis; prepare recurring reports and summaries
- Compile and summarize analyst commentary, investor feedback, and themes from meetings, conferences, events
- Perform ad hoc research on company performance, industry developments, competitors, and capital markets topics
- Prepare briefing materials, background research, meeting agendas, and summaries for executive meetings with investors and external stakeholders
- Prepare recurring reports and dashboards on investor activity, market intelligence, peer developments, and IR metrics
- Track investor interactions and maintain records; ensure timely execution of investor-related requests
- Maintain investor relations databases and records supporting investor engagement
- Plan and execute investor meetings, conferences, earnings events, and investor-facing activities
Qualifications
- 2+ years of professional experience in business, finance, communications, operations, executive support, investor relations, or similar analytical environment
