About the role

Senior Global Events & Partnerships Manager responsible for global events strategy, partnerships, and end-to-end execution of flagship brand experiences on a fixed-term maternity cover starting in 2027.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of all major global events, including HIGHER Altitude Summits in London and San Francisco and sponsored events.
  • Maintain and manage the global events strategy with aligned timelines and resource allocation across cross-functional teams.
  • Oversee event production, branding, vendor management, content curation, on-site logistics, and speaker management.
  • Serve as the primary liaison for strategic global partners and co-sponsors.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing teams to co-create joint event activations and campaigns.
  • Work closely with Marketing, VP’s community (HIGHER), Sales, and Executive Leadership to align event strategies with core business goals.
  • Manage external event agencies, contractors, AV/logistics suppliers, and localized event personnel.
  • Manage the overall global events and partnerships budget, ensuring meticulous cost tracking and expense management.
  • Deliver comprehensive post-event ROI reports and actionable recommendations to executive stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 4+ years managing large-scale global events and strategic brand partnerships, ideally within the B2B or tech sectors.
