About the role

Solutions Architect at Bright Data, serving as the technical backbone for strategic customer relationships across the full customer lifecycle, from pre-sales to long-term value realization and expansion opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Pre-Sales: Partner with Account Executives to qualify opportunities, lead technical discovery with whiteboarding sessions, and build sophisticated POCs demonstrating Bright Data’s value.
  • Architecture & Implementation: Lead technical implementations and ensure seamless integration of solutions into customers’ systems.
  • Retention & Expansion: Conduct regular technical reviews to identify optimization opportunities, uncover new use cases, and transition customers from basic usage to advanced architectural adoption.
  • Voice of the Customer: Act as feedback loop for Product and Engineering, translate field requirements into product features, coordinate delivery to meet customer needs.
  • Technical Evangelism: Lead workshops and document use cases and gold-standard solutions for internal and community sharing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in a technical client-facing role (Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer, or Technical Consultant) within the SaaS, Cloud, or Data space.
  • Proficiency in Python or Node.js, and deep understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS/JS, HTTP protocols, and networking).
  • Hands-on experience with modern headless browsing frameworks like Puppeteer, Playwright, or Selenium.
  • Strategic mindset with ability to communicate complex technical concepts to executive stakeholders while working closely with developers.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a high-velocity environment; proactive, organized, and able to manage multiple high-priority projects concurrently.
