About the role

Role focused on building and managing infrastructure, automation, and operational workflows for SpaceXSI’s global community programs, enabling scalable operations and data visibility for ROI and conversions.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain internal tooling and infrastructure for global community programs (Ambassador, student, and new programs).
  • Identify operational gaps and engineer solutions, automate manual processes, integrate external platforms, and build custom workflows.
  • Own the operational experience behind programs (application reviews, onboarding, member support, reimbursements, swag logistics, vendor coordination, event operations).
  • Collaborate with Revenue Operations to build data infrastructure and dashboards for community reporting, connecting program data to company-wide tools to track ROI and conversions.
  • Serve as the main operational point of contact for ambassadors and internal partners to improve issue resolution time.

Qualifications

  • Deep operations experience in building databases, workflows, and automations that scale for future growth.
  • Experience managing vendors, budgets, and global event operations including time zones, currencies, international shipping, and local regulations.
  • Bias toward action; ability to ship an 80% solution today and make impact quickly.
  • Strong community mindset with ability to build relationships with champions and free up the team to engage with community.
  • Comfort with ambiguity and greenfield problems; early hire on a rapidly growing team.
  • Fluency with Cursor, Databricks, Luma, Slack, Notion, Salesforce, CRM and Clay.
