About the role

Payroll specialist role supporting Singapore and India payroll operations, ensuring accurate and timely compensation in compliance with local regulations in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Payroll Processing
  • Leave Administration
  • Maintain Time and Attendance processes
  • Remittance of Singapore Central Provident Fund and India Employees’ Provident Fund, Employees’ State Insurance, Professional Tax on time
  • Onboarding and Offboarding
  • Ad Hoc projects

Qualifications

  • Understanding of payroll regulations across multiple countries (Singapore, India; Indonesia helpful but not required)
  • Experience with payroll software; familiarity with outsourcing providers, Workday, or similar platforms preferred
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets; ability to manage large datasets and create formulas/functions
  • Exposure to Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) requirements as applicable to payroll
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a team
  • AI fluency with track record of applying AI to streamline payroll processes
