About the role

Growth marketer responsible for building Hone’s growth function from zero, owning acquisition channels, content, experimentation, and measurement to drive qualified demand and pipeline.

Responsibilities

  • Channel setup and first traction: establish acquisition channels from the ground up, including platform configuration, tracking, audiences, publishing workflows and initial campaigns
  • Search and discovery: build approach to SEO and visibility in AI search, identify buyer questions and create pages/content
  • Paid acquisition: own channel selection, budgets, audiences, creative and offers, test and scale what works
  • Content and distribution: convert product insights and customer perspectives into writing, video, and campaigns
  • Website conversion: develop landing pages, interactive demos, sharpen messaging and CTAs, test how visits turn into sales conversations
  • Launches and campaigns: bring product announcements and stories to market through coordinated channels
  • Experimentation and measurement: run focused tests with hypotheses, connect spend to demos/pipeline/revenue, decide what to scale or stop

Qualifications

  • You've built acquisition channels from zero: setting up tools, tracking and first campaigns yourself, then turning early traction into a repeatable source of demand
  • You've personally owned an acquisition or pipeline target and can explain how your marketing contributed to it
  • Deep expertise in at least one acquisition channel, with resourcefulness to launch unfamiliar channels
