About the role
Intern role in NVIDIA Business Operations supporting order management from input to completion, coordinating with customers and internal teams to resolve order-related issues.
Responsibilities
- Sales order management from input to completion. Entering orders in SAP, checking accuracy, and monitoring order status to ensure process efficiency.
- Keep track of all received data and source documents. Focus on data accuracy and attention to details.
- Coordinate with customers and internal teams to address and resolve order related issues.
- Order fulfillment process management and order delinquency management.
- Work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities and critical deadlines
Qualifications
- Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business or relevant field
- Proficient in Excel and spreadsheets
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines and multitask
Skills
