About the role

Sales Operations Intern supporting the implementation of sales strategies and the tech stack for NVIDIA's go-to-market initiatives. Focus on analyzing, documenting, and improving sales processes, collaborating with business functions, and leveraging AI tools.

Responsibilities

  • Continuously assess and improve sales and operational processes to support growth and evolving needs.
  • Partner with various business functions to capture, clarify, and translate requirements into well-defined solution builds.
  • Build and maintain comprehensive documentation, including process flows, system diagrams, and supporting materials.
  • Lead analysis and resolution of high-impact issues that require evaluating multiple data sources and understanding end-to-end business processes.
  • Leverage enterprise AI tools and platforms to evaluate and prototype agentic solutions.

Qualifications

  • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, computer science, or a related field.
  • Demonstrates good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Familiarity with employing AI, with the ability to apply it to business use cases.
  • Ability to assist in the development, implementation, and ongoing improvement of automated workflows and AI agents.
  • Experience detailing business requirements, workflow charts, architectural schematics, and user guides.
