About the role

Oversee and coordinate GPU program development and rollout for board-level graphics products across desktop gaming, automotive, data center, and pro visualization markets. Manage full project lifecycle from kickoff to production release, including scheduling, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and post-mortems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide the project lifecycle development process from project kickoff to production release.
  • Manage multiple complex programs that support the development of new board-level graphics card products.
  • Coordinate project activities; assign tasks and provide mentorship to specific functions of the project.
  • Lead project execution meetings, weekly communications, coordinate peers and operations with specified objectives; conduct project reviews and create detailed reports for execution teams, and escalate to management as needed.
  • Develop comprehensive project schedules and ensure key deliverables align with BU key achievements for the TTM launch.
  • Work with design/validation and cross-function teams to ensure quality assurance activities; coordinate global resources and provide direction and support to project teams.
  • Identify threats to projects, address day-to-day project problems and provide mitigation strategies quickly.
  • Lead changes, develop revised project scope when project POR changes, monitor and track progress to minimize project risk.
  • Participate in after-action review activities, drive process changes, and implement lessons learned at project end.
  • Continuously review validation sample forecast and monitor sample delivery to internal and external parties.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, electrical engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5 years of project management and related experience.
  • Proven ability to solve problems creatively.
  • Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong interpersonal skills.
