About the role

Technical program manager for product engineering, responsible for programs and projects on various Network products (InfiniBand and Ethernet). Drives execution and scheduling of interconnect projects, aligning with corporate priorities and constraints.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate between all project stakeholders such as HW, SW, operations from initial requirements definition through delivery.
  • Work with project managers and engineers to ensure consistency with company strategy, commitments, and goals.
  • Responsible for developing and implementing interconnect methodologies and Project management processes and tools.

Qualifications

  • B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering / Electrical Engineering
  • At least 8 years of experience in HW program management
  • Excellent program management skills – familiar with project management methodologies and tools
  • Ability to lead cross functional teams and initiatives
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Personal skills: Team player, independent, responsible, capable of multi-tasking, ability to drive people and tasks, leadership qualities, excellent communication skills
