About the role

Google AI Transformation Solutions Consultant responsible for bridging frontier AI capabilities with global vendor operational delivery, driving AI-enabled transformation of vendor services and partnerships with Global System Integrators, and delivering measurable outcomes for scaled Google Cloud services.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the evolution of globally distributed vendor networks and offshore delivery centers into high-velocity, automated support engines.
  • Partner with internal Google Cloud Engineering, QA, and Support teams to co-create and embed agentic AI modules, including AI-Assisted Case Review, Autonomous Support Agents, and RAG-grounded diagnostic tools.
  • Design and implement next-generation governance and quality frameworks, shifting from "managing to a contract" to consultative, outcome-based performance metrics.
  • Act as a strategic leader and technical advisor for vendor strategy, addressing execution gaps and increasing partnership maturity.
  • Drive outcomes focus on operational efficiency, tokenization, automation realized through Gemini Enterprise, and measurable business impact.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in technical vendor strategy and operations, solutions consulting, software engineering, technical program management, or technical delivery management.
  • Experience leveraging generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), and agentic automation to transform enterprise business workflows and support operations.
