About the role
Content Specialist position within YouTube Trust & Safety in Hyderabad, India. Focus is enforcing content policies, managing escalations, and handling graphic/controversial content in line with Community Guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Enforce YouTube’s content policies, including misinformation, and ensure high quality policy enforcement, as part of the Hyderabad Content Specialist team within the Trust and Safety organization.
- Manage escalations in the content policy space while ensuring high quality enforcement and clear written communication and policy analysis.
- Review and manage escalations from graphic and controversial video content in line with YouTube’s Community Guidelines.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience reviewing or assessing digital content.
- Experience with data analysis and spreadsheet software.
