About the role

Workspace and AI for Education Specialist role within Google for Education, focusing on advocacy and execution of Workspace for Education and AI tools, collaboration with K12/HE Sales Teams, and cross-functional alignment to drive adoption, pipeline growth, and customer success.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the global Director to manage and implement the APAC Specialist strategy.
  • Partner with K12/Higher Education (HE) solution sellers and the regional EDU team to accelerate pipelines, close premium Workspace and AI deals, and drive business.
  • Empower channel partners and train the Education GTM team to effectively position, demo, and advocate for Workspace for Education solutions.
  • Address institutional inquiries cross-functionally, gather product feedback from customers, and participate in scaled outreach like webinars and events.
  • Drive customer success programs with regional field and Digital Transformation teams to secure renewals and upsell opportunities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program, project, education policy management or cloud in an enterprise education, or technology environment.
  • Experience working with executive-level clients or stakeholders.
