  • Source and qualify packaging suppliers, ensuring alignment with Google's quality standards and product delivery timelines.
  • Oversee new product development builds in supplier factories, focusing on high yield rates and efficient pack-out operations.
  • Own packaging supplier manufacturing readiness for new product introductions and manage overall quality.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Industrial Designers and Design Engineers to ensure packaging quality and manufacturability. Provide technical support and training to suppliers, ensuring compliance with Google's specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Package Engineering, Materials or Process Engineering, a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in manufacturing, quality, or packaging.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin fluently to work with the relevant stakeholders.
