About the role

Program Manager role focused on leading complex, multi-disciplinary data center programs from start to finish, coordinating stakeholders across offices and time zones, and delivering optimized communication plans and change management.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver optimized program communication plans including executive and key partner communications. Represent the program team across communications touchpoints including VP level communications.
  • Determine phasing and metrics for the program lifecycle addressing continuous improvement, resource stewardship, and objective setting with dashboards for stakeholders.
  • Anticipate and plan change management requirements; develop rollout plans including impact analysis.
  • Drive resolution of sensitive communications; ensure alignment on rationale for program pivots related to continuous improvement.
  • Lead pivots requiring change management, monitor rollout progress, and resolve misalignments; define future change management needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial, Construction Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in project and construction management.
  • Experience with commercial contract management and procurement.
  • Experience managing construction projects within an international working environment.
