About the role

Customer Engineer role focused on technical sales execution for Google’s Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions in the Americas-West region, supporting pre-sales opportunities, technical solution validation, and collaboration with sales, product, and partners.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a Customer Engineer and guide companies and ISV/Partners in their seamless transition to Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions, including Chrome Browser, Chrome OS, Cameyo, and management tools.
  • Partner closely with the Enterprise Sales Team to guide potential clients and collaborators in grasping capabilities of Google's Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions for businesses.
  • Be involved in detailing technical specifications and resolving significant technical challenges.
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Marketing, and Engineering to stay current with industry shifts and drive improvements for Google's Platform and Devices Enterprise Solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 10 years of experience in a technical project management or a customer-facing role
