About the role

Google Cloud AI/ML software engineer role focusing on delivering a notebook experience and building infrastructure for Generative AI agents, with emphasis on Vertex AI Notebooks and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement best developer tools and platform for customers of Vertex AI and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
  • Lead the technical execution for major product initiatives, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Work closely with our customers to constantly improve user experience.
  • Demonstrate a bias for action by balancing product thinking, development, and continuous delivery.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with full stack development, across back-end (Java, Python, GO, or C++) and front-end (JavaScript or TypeScript, HTML, CSS or equivalent).
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
