About the role

Head of Human Resources responsible for country-level HR strategy and operations in Poland, leading a unified in-country HR team, managing unions, ensuring regulatory compliance, and partnering with regional/global teams to implement local initiatives and foster a cohesive Google culture.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the Country HR leader driving the people agenda and enabling and empowering business priorities within your market.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive country people plan, partnering closely with global partners, country Managers and cite Leaders to foster high engagement and organizational health.
  • Collaborate closely with our regional and global partners on the local implementation of global policies and lead tailored, local initiatives to address our business needs.
  • Lead our partnerships with employee representatives and unions.
  • Lead our unified in-country HR team to enable and deliver a seamless, user-centric employee experience. Grow and develop a high performing team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of HR Business Partner or HR Generalist experience.
  • 5 years of experience managing a HR team.
