About the role

Technical Program Manager leading system software programs for NPIs and infrastructure software, focusing on quality, efficiency, and reliability of Google production systems within the AI and Infrastructure teams.

Responsibilities

  • Lead system software development programs, including system software for NPIs (new data center products, initial focus on TPU and GPU programs) and infrastructure SW programs.
  • Demonstrate ownership and deep technical judgment, identifying risks, ensuring end to end design alignment and high quality SW systems.
  • Move beyond execution and task management to identify opportunities for process and architecture/design improvements, re-engineer development, qualification and deployment frameworks, defining and operationalizing process improvements and automation to achieve repeatable results.
  • Navigate ambiguity to align leadership across internal and external organizations, driving consensus on complex initiatives.
  • Lead a highly cross-functional team, navigate technical and organizational complexity to drive planning, execution and land products.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in program management.
