About the role

Product management role focused on defining and delivering Google Cloud products for sovereign verticals, guiding products from conception to launch, with emphasis on security/compliance and cross-functional leadership within the Cloud Dedicated team.

Responsibilities

  • Define, lead, and execute a cohesive product strategy for Google Cloud products in sovereign verticals, working across regions, product areas, and functions.
  • Identify market opportunities and build business cases to define the product goal and strategy for sovereignty initiatives.
  • Analyze markets, competition, and customer/user requirements in depth to inform product development.
  • Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering and infrastructure, to define and deliver on key product solutions.
  • Develop go-to-market strategies and build business relationships to execute on the market potential of bringing Google Cloud technologies to the sovereign market.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
  • 5 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch (e.g., ideation to execution, end-to-end, 0 to 1, etc).
  • 5 years of experience working with infrastructure as a service (IaaS) and software as a service (SaaS) architecture, Cloud platform solutions or virtualization technologies.
  • Current and active US Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmentalized Information (TS/SCI) clearance.
