About the role

YouTube Partner Operations Manager in London, UK, part of the Creator Success Operations team, focused on delivering exceptional partner experiences, supporting major partners in the EMEA region, and driving product improvements and operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality email and operational support to partners, resolving localized technical issues to maximize their platform performance.
  • Collaborate with Partner Managers to conduct deep-dives and deliver partner-facing presentations tailored to French and Spanish speaking regional markets.
  • Partner internally with Partner Engineers and stakeholders on YouTube product workflows, sharing growth insights and documenting regional case studies.
  • Track key quantitative/qualitative metrics, identify technical bugs or localized root-cause trends, and coordinate resolution with product teams.
  • Streamline workflows and drive operational efficiency by identifying and eliminating bottlenecks to reduce global consult volumes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical, business, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in technical customer support or client services, including troubleshooting and resolving technical customer and product issues.
  • 2 years of experience in managing projects or programs, engaging with external executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to communicate in English, Spanish and French fluently.
