Responsibilities

  • Lead scalable AR/VR device calibration bring-up, factory test automation, and tier-1 vendor turnkey execution across OEM/ODM manufacturing lines.
  • Drive and enforce calibration quality gates, initial T0 dataset validation, and robotic test station qualification across the device lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain host-to-device calibration software, perception verification pipelines, and automated test frameworks in C/C++ and Python.
  • Diagnose and resolve multi-sensor calibration drift, camera-IMU spatial-temporal misalignment, optical display distortion, and factory station anomalies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional algorithm, embedded firmware, and hardware teams to transition calibration solvers and reference architectures into mass production.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in C/C++ and Python.
  • 5 years of experience with sensor or optical calibration algorithms (e.g., camera intrinsics/extrinsics, IMU alignment, display distortion) or automated factory test systems.
