About the role

Technical Lead responsible for driving technical strategy to integrate Search into the Android ecosystem, leading OS-level entry points, and coordinating with product, UX, and cross-functional teams to deliver large-scale Android/Search features.

Responsibilities

  • Provide technical leadership on high-impact projects.
  • Facilitate alignment and clarity across teams on goals, outcomes, and timelines.
  • Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance large-scale software solutions.
  • Leverage AI development tools to optimize daily workflows
  • Manage a technical team of engineers while spending 50% of time on IC contributions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in software development.
  • 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products.
  • 5 years of experience with Android application development.
  • 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
