About the role

Program Manager responsible for designing and implementing a societal risk program, coordinating across Google-wide partners, and maturing risk assessment capabilities related to content regulations.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a societal risk program; support execution and scaling of risk assessments across products and horizontal functions.
  • Lead program management support across multiple regulations and product areas, developing clear tracking processes and communications materials for stakeholders.
  • Operationalize risk processes by driving collaboration and alignment with a broad range of Google-wide partner teams.
  • Contribute to risk assessment execution via team tracking and program management processes.
  • Establish a leadership presence with a global mindset and a proven ability to influence and inspire across all levels of the organization; ability to think holistically, with a bias to action, exemplary problem solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
