About the role

Senior role focused on land development, portfolio management, and strategic negotiations to support Google's infrastructure growth across multiple regions.

Responsibilities

  • Program Manage the strategy and negotiation with third parties and Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) for utility infrastructure agreements (e.g., zoning, water, wastewater, power infrastructure, waste heat and roads).
  • Work with internal and external stakeholder teams to optimize for schedule, capacity, reliability, and cost efficiency.
  • Ensure campuses are aligned with the delivery schedule, working on zoning and public consultations in collaboration with Public Affairs and Planning. Trigger site/utility expansions and increments, responsibilities include, zoning and entitlement approvals, executing, vacating, or relocating easements, and supporting FeP site clearing and permitting assistance (air, clearing, discharge, intakes).
  • Serve as the liaison with local, regional, and national utility providers for utility supply and service strategy.
  • Manage all development activities to ensure they meet or beat all required delivery schedules, as determined and communicated by internal capacity planning teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 10 years of experience leading negotiations or business development.
  • Ability to communicate in English and French fluently to carry out work with the French local government and support French land portfolio management.
