About the role

Program Manager for data center maintenance planning at Google Cloud, responsible for planning and scheduling maintenance work, managing CMMS, and coordinating with site teams to ensure safe and efficient operations across multiple data center facilities.

Responsibilities

  • Manage the flow of all maintenance work orders by working with Data Center Operations teams and vendors, planning and scheduling resources for maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with facility management in developing and maintaining schedules and resource leveling using the site CMMS program.
  • Establish and maintain CMMS equipment files, parts inventory, equipment bill of materials, and PM schedules.
  • Manage CMMS and work management processes at the site level for daily data center operations.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 1 year of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in data center maintenance planning.
  • Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System, Scheduling, Maintenance, and Preventative Maintenance.
