About the role

Senior strategic leadership role supporting the VP of gTech Users and Products (gUP) and the leadership team, driving OKRs, cross-functional projects, and executive communications within Google’s Go-to-Market Operations for Ads.

Responsibilities

  • Define objectives and key results (OKRs) and priorities; ensure resources are deployed to impactful initiatives; organize executive weekly meetings and offsites.
  • Drive internal executive presentations and communications; draft all-hands, organization newsletters, and other business inputs in collaboration with communications leads.
  • Manage project priorities and initiatives on behalf of the VP of gUP and Managing Director of gUP strategy and operations.
  • Work cross-functionally with Finance, People Operations, Marketing, and Communications to scope, manage, and execute strategic projects.
  • Partner with other chief of staff on organization-wide alignment projects.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 6 years with an advanced degree.
