About the role

Staff Interaction Designer responsible for leading design strategy and end-to-end user experiences for enterprise transact platforms, with a focus on the Transact Platform within Google Cloud.

Responsibilities

  • Lead design strategy for the Transact Platform, influencing end-to-end user journeys across an agreement.
  • Define and drive UX goals for enterprise transact experiences, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Leverage research and data to drive design decisions.
  • Mentor and coach designers on best practices in transact, and foster a culture of design excellence.
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to understand requirements, and provide creative, thoughtful solutions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in product design or UX.
