About the role

Program Manager for Google Core People partner team, leading complex, multi-disciplinary projects to improve talent outcomes, organizational effectiveness, and related HR initiatives across Core. Manages cross-functional programs, partnerships, and governance to accelerate decision making and scale services for Googlers.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and enable a Core-wide approach to equip managers and leaders to deliver on critical talent outcomes.
  • Manage projects and drive Core-specific people initiatives spanning organizational effectiveness and health, talent, leadership, culture, and the future of work.
  • Partner with Core's Strategy and Operations organization on connected processes such as early career hiring and organizational effectiveness governance.
  • Coordinate cross-functionally with the business on projects related to People Strategy and Core People-related Objectives and Key Results (OKRs).
  • Collaborate with People Operations Go-To-Market (GTM), Organizational Effectiveness, and PeopleDev to incorporate best practices into Core’s processes and drive business-specific experiments.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in consulting, HR, or business operations, and 2 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience in design and implementation of people processes and programs.
