About the role

Technical Program Manager role focused on frontier security and privacy initiatives at DeepMind, partnering with engineering and product leads to translate complex requirements into roadmaps and drive end-to-end execution amid high-velocity environments.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with engineering and product leads to manage high-complexity technical challenges, translating ambiguous requirements into structured roadmaps and driving end-to-end execution.
  • Drive consensus with VP and Director-level leadership as well as cross-Google partners, steering critical security and privacy outcomes and navigating organizational change in high-velocity settings.
  • Develop deep technical knowledge across DeepMind's advanced models, core infrastructure, and product ecosystems to lead frontier security and privacy initiatives and deliver effective technical solutions.
  • Help, define and steer organizational security and privacy strategy, maintaining operational agility and alignment across shifting, fast-moving priorities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in technical/engineering program management.
  • Experience developing/launching products/technologies within security, privacy, or a related area.
