Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the team's strategy, present to executive stakeholders, and lead a team by providing mentorship, professional development, and coaching.
  • Lead the execution of product testing programs, including the design, tracking, and coordination of the team's projects, while also overseeing all operational logistics such as hardware distribution and returns.
  • Provide technical judgment on areas impacting users and program goals, including build strategies, feature readiness, bug triage, and the development of new tools or data dashboards.
  • Manage all communications with executive and cross-functional leaders, and oversee the team’s community engagement strategy, including user recruitment, marketing, and direct engagement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in program or project management
  • 5 years of experience in a leadership role
