About the role
Finance Analyst responsible for controllership processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting for the LACA region, driving process optimization, automation, and cross-functional governance.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of key controllership processes, including month-end close, P&L and Balance Sheet analysis, and reconciliation reviews, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in finance (Accounting/Taxes), Compliance, or Finance Operations.
- Experience in accounting principles, including US GAAP and IFRS.
- Ability to communicate in English fluently.
