About the role

Measurement Specialist to act as an advisor to Google’s largest advertisers, leading measurement and experimentation strategy, translating data into narratives to influence business decisions and drive growth within Google’s Large Customer Sales.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to senior leaders, partnering with Sales, agencies, and Google Cloud teams to architect cross-platform solutions and deliver data stories that influence business decisions.
  • Design customized measurement frameworks and execute joint "Test-and-Learn" agendas, leveraging MMM and full-funnel measurement to quantify media ROI and prove long-term brand value.
  • Drive privacy-durable data foundations by implementing Google’s tagging infrastructure and first-party data solutions (e.g., Data Manager API, GCP integrations) for resilient signal capture.
  • Apply data science and statistical modeling (e.g., causal inference) to design incrementality experiments, optimize MMM inputs, and help clients navigate evolving industry privacy standards.
  • Lead the commercial business cycle for measurement opportunities across Google Ads and Google Marketing Platform (GMP), driving feature adoption, scaling AI innovation, and accelerating growth.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience in SQL, databases, and automation techniques (e.g., dashboards, automating custom reports, materializing tables).
  • Ability to communicate fluently in English and Korean in order to interact with local stakeholders.
