About the role

Partner Delivery Manager responsible for strategic planning, governance, enablement, and performance management across Creative and Influencer Marketing Agency (IMA) partners within gTech Ads Agency and Partners to drive activation, scale advertising solutions, and ensure high-quality partner delivery.

Responsibilities

  • Own and cultivate C-suite relationships across Creative and IMA partners, directing operational strategy, governance, commercial incentives, and executive reviews to drive joint accountability and growth.
  • Serve as strategic liaison across partners, agency sales, regional gTech, and product teams, leading cross-functional initiatives to translate needs and optimize partner engagement models.
  • Evaluate partner technical maturity to identify skill gaps, defining scaled tooling and enablement requirements while orchestrating onboarding to grant final readiness certifications.
  • Own the partner delivery lifecycle, consulting on complex advertiser activations and deploying specialized engineering or upskilling teams to resolve blockers and maintain high delivery quality.
  • Govern the activation pipeline, tracking velocity while enforcing quality assurance frameworks to validate partner deliverables meet rigorous technical standards prior to incentive validation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 8 years of experience in partner management, program management, management consulting, or a technical customer-facing leadership role
  • Experience leading cross-functional projects across multi-disciplinary stakeholder groups
