About the role

Center of Excellence within the gTech Ads Solution team to empower Large Customer Sales clients with data-driven measurement by assessing readiness, identifying gaps, and implementing measurement solutions at scale.

Responsibilities

  • Discover customer measurement needs by understanding clients annual and quarterly issues/goals.
  • Analyze existing third-party partner landscape and measurement tech infrastructure of clients in a privacy-safe manner.
  • Participate in ideation, design and delivery of joint services plan.
  • Act as a consulting partner for ads measurement and data ingestion needs.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in technical support for web technologies in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience working with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Chrome Dev Tools, and working with APIs.
  • Experience in troubleshooting implementation issues, such as diagnosing critical product bugs affecting data flow.
  • Experience advising internal and external stakeholders (such as developer teams) on the end-to-end process life-cycle.
