About the role
Nori Robotics is seeking a Data Operations Lead to own data collection and creation programs, coordinate contributors and partners, and oversee annotation, curation, and delivery of data for researchers and products.
Responsibilities
- Plan and run collection and creative data programs: recruit and coordinate contributors, participants, and partners; set instructions, schedules, and quality standards.
- Own annotation, curation, review, rework, and delivery with researchers, including consent, source records, permissions, and dataset versions.
- Manage vendors, budgets, contracts, payments, and access; resolve quality and delivery issues and improve processes as programs grow.
Qualifications
- Ownership of large-scale data or production programs, with strong contributor, partner, and budget management.
- High agency and independent judgment under pressure and tight deadlines; clear communication and care with consent and sensitive information.
- Nice to have: creative output data, large-scale participant programs, or research operations.
