About the role

Senior Enterprise Architect responsible for end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations, integrating Agentforce with ERP, PLM, and CRM systems, and shaping the Agentforce platform through field learnings.

Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end integration strategy and delivery for complex Supply Chain and Manufacturing transformations.
  • Design and build enterprise-grade integration solutions, take them to production, and solve real-world problems at scale.
  • Architect API-led connectivity strategies, design agentic data pipelines, and engage with customer executives to set their AI integration roadmap.
  • Ship real solutions into customers' enterprises and contribute to evolving Salesforce's Agentforce platform and methodology.

Qualifications

  • Deep, hands-on experience integrating enterprise systems (ERP, PLM, CRM) and strong understanding of Generative AI landscape
  • Strong foundation in integration architecture principles — API-led connectivity, process orchestration, application lifecycle management, and security
  • Strong engineering background (preferably Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS, Electrical Engineering, Data Science, or equivalent)
  • Proficiency in at least one coding language (Python, Java, JavaScript, Node, Go, or similar)
  • Ability and willingness to travel domestically for client engagements
